• Begin taking Arnica Montana (a natural supplement that helps reduce bruising and swelling) 3–5 days prior to treatment. It can be continued post-treatment to support faster healing and minimize visible bruising.
• Schedule your appointment at least 4 weeks before any major event (such as a wedding, vacation, or photoshoot). This allows time for optimal healing and a potential follow-up appointment around 2 weeks post-treatment if needed.
• You are not a candidate for injectable treatments if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

The treatment takes just 15–30 minutes and involves injecting small doses of neurotoxin into targeted muscles using ultra-fine needles—as thin as three strands of hair. • Do not rub, massage, or apply pressure to the area for 48 hours
• Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours
• Remain upright for at least 3 hours post-treatment
• Skip facials, gua sha, or devices like Clarisonic for 10 days
• Avoid heat, steam rooms, saunas, and tanning for 48 hours
• Wait until the next day to wear hats or tight headbands
• Use makeup only after 2–4 hours, if needed
• If bruising occurs, apply a cool compress
