• Review medications & supplements: Bring a current list of all medications, vitamins, and supplements to your appointment so we can avoid any contraindications.

Your personalized plan starts here at our integrative aesthetic and wellness clinic. Each appointment is tailored to you and typically lasts about 45-60 minutes.

• Medical assessment & vitals: We’ll review your medical history, current health markers, vitals, and BMI.
• Goal setting & education: We’ll walk through how peptides work, what to expect, and how they fit into a comprehensive wellness approach (including nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle).
• Dosing & administration: Your provider will determine a safe starting dose and administer your first injection in-clinic. You’ll also be trained on how to self-administer at home, if appropriate.
